Every job you finish adds to your one record. Not a CV you rewrite for each application, and not a profile inside one company’s system that stops at their door. Freelance, staff, one client or twenty: it all lands in the same place, under your name, and grows as you do.
No reset
Change client, change how you invoice, move between freelance and payroll. What you have built stays whole rather than starting again somewhere new.
Yours, not theirs

No cut of your rate
What you pay for Trovero does not change with what you earn. The rate you agree with a client is the rate you invoice, and none of it comes to us.
Not your employer
You work through your own company or whatever arrangement you already use. Trovero is not a party to it.
No exclusivity
Being on Trovero does not stop you working any other way. Nothing here requires you to give up how you already find work.
